More Hot Lava...

I took a couple of days for a Trip to Tagaytay to "check things out". Its a city above a crater lake formed by a still active volcano. This weekend just happened to be the same weekend the locals were being evacuated because of volcano activity. Very smart Shane.

It took me a while to find a good hotel. Most of them are built on the mountain side, so it had to be just right to have a pool and a close view of the lake.

Just a few FROLICKING pictures.

Tagaytay and the lake are on the main island, Luzon. The active volcano is on the island in the middle of the lake. There is also a smaller crater lake on that island, and an even smaller island in that lake. Confused? Basically its Ocean-Island-Lake-Island-Lake-Island.

They have a zipline that goes from one hill to the other. Not very far, not very fast, but it only cost a few (dollars).

I spit on those people, they did not mind.

Paid for an hour long horseback ride. The saddle musta been Extra Small Butt Size cause it my little bum did not fit on it. I only lasted about 15 minutes. This horse makes me look like a giant.

I got chased away trying to pet the baby horse. Thought I was going to die by trampling.

I had dinner at this sweet restaurant on the hillside. Its too dark to see the sweet view.

Its a really sweet place, and I hope to be spending some more "time" there soon.

Cebu Trip

I took a few days off work to get some much needed beach/vacation time. Decided to head down south to Cebu Island. I didn't have any idea where to stay but luckily met some guys who live on a small island. Just so happened they were celebrating Fiesta too, so I tagged along with them.

They had someone pick them up from the airport, so I hitched a ride with them all the way to the Island.

Maomawan Island:
Thanks to the Garcia family for letting me stay in their house. They use solar power for electricity, live right on the beach, and are friends with everyone on the Island, which isn't hard when its such a small place.

They let me ride around the dirt roads on their scooter, eat their food, sleep on their deck, and steal their children.

Scooter Gang

I am the first white person most of these kids have seen so they thought it was pretty cool just to follow me around all day... EVERYWHERE.

They watched me swim, eat, sleep, and tried to catch me peeing. Just waiting for me to do something funny.

Some dude doing flips.

Local Drunks

I told them I would come back to visit if they kissed first

Took a boat back to Cebu Island

I saw a bunch of Flying Fish, but no dolphins or sharks or pirates

Got to Cebu, had to stop by the temple first thing. It looks awesome!

This is the pool at my hotel on the last day. Amazing view of the hilltops where the richers live.

Probably not the smartest thing to follow some dudes to a small island, but it was a good adventure and made a whole island of new FANS!

International Superstar

My appearance on Take Me Out
30 girls judge a guy by looks, talent, and anything else to see who gets to go on a date with him.
Please watch the video below.

Hosted by Jay-R, a famous Filipino singer. He grew up in California so speaks english on and off on the show.

They did a VTR video to "get to know" me but it didn't turn out so well. So they just shoved a picture of me kissing Bryson. It didn't go over to well with the girls.

I picked Sunnyrose. Easily the coolest girl up there. We hang out all the time, but no kissing.

Everyone tells me we make a perfect pair. haha. Thanks!
