Shane is so Hollywood

About 2 months ago, I was eating at my favorite place when some girl walked up to me and axed me if I was interested in being a model.

I laughed, but told her yes. I know that with the way God made me, if he ever wanted me to be a model, it would have to be modeling these:

I was worried she wanted money, or wanted me too meet her somewhere so she could murder me, but she had me meet her at one of the popular T.V. stations.

I auditioned for some dating show called Take Me Out.

Yeah, Awesome...
So a few weeks after the audition they called me back and told me I made it. They came to the house and shot a profile video of me. They were really interested in hearing about my mission, and also my own small business (Jerseys, haha).

I got all hot and sweaty with the bright camera lights, and then they had me spin a ball on my finger for like 5 minutes. My video is gonna be so lame.

Then I had to sign my life away for 5,000 pesos
The taping for the show is next week, and will air on T.V. the first week of May. Hopefully I will be able to get a copy of the show so everyone can see it.

While I was at the studio, I met some little gay guy named Don. He is a talent manager and has a lot of connections with the network and modeling agencies. He texted me last week to be an extra on a T.V. show called Bubble Gang. Its a comedy sketch show starring some pretty famous Filipino actors including my favorite, Rufa Mae Quinto.

A group of hot girls and studs, and me, got to hang out all day, and be in a few scenes as background extras. I had a lot of fun, and hopefully get to do it again. It should air on T.V. this Friday, or maybe next Friday because of Holy Week.

I spent a little time in Rufa Mae's dressing room. But then she opened the closet, found me hiding, and kicked me out.

Don texted me the other night and told me about a movie they were filming. I had to go right after I got off work at 8am, ride the train and stay there all day.

I met some pretty cool people and had a good day being an extra at a party scene for the movie.

Wearing makeup is not on my list of favorite things. Most of us just looked like we were dead.

Adam, another one of the extras. He is from Poland, came here on vacation, and decided to stay.

Happy Easter!!!
